Jeannie Clarke

Manager/Supervisor

I have been working at Pied Piper for 30 years starting off as an assistant and now working as the manager and also the safeguarding lead in child protection. I have 3 grown up children of my own 1 of which works with me. I have been blessed with 3 grandchildren who keep me very busy. I am dedicated to help children learn through play. I continually keep up to date with my training and keep up to date with the current changes in the industry. Child care has been a passion of mine for a very long time. I also have a small holding which contains sheep, pigs and chickens. I grow lots of vegetables and bring this knowledge into the setting to share with the children.

Natalie Khan

Deputy Supervisor

I have worked at Pied Piper for nearly 2 years, I First started my career at Pied Piper Preschool as a parent rep and bank staff when my own children attended Pied Piper. I have had previous management experience at a different setting which I worked at for 5 years then took a career break whilst I had my 3 children. I am currently the deputy manager and deputy SENCo. I enjoy creating experiences for the children to enjoy and explore.

Katie Beck

2nd Deputy

I have been working at Pied Piper for nearly 5 years but I have been around the childcare setting all my life as Jeannie is my Mum and runs the preschool. I have 2 children of my own and feel this gives me an extra insight into working with children especially as one of my children is partially deaf. My other passion is my animals I have 2 dogs and a pony and sheep so I am always busy. I’m exceptionally dedicated to my role of SENCo/inclusion Manager and do my best to give the children the very best start on their educational journey.

I am first aid trained and have a back ground working with children with additional needs. I have just completed a CACHE Level 2 in understanding Autism.
